The High Line

PHA provided civil design services in conjunction with the development of the High Line Park on the High Line, which extends through Chelsea from the Hudson Yards area to Gansevoort Street in Greenwich Village.

Tasks included preparation of builders pavement plans at access points in the public right-of-way; grading, drainage and site plans for access points at plazas; coordination with NYCDOT to implement new traffic calming measures; and MPT plans. The firm is now providing design services for a new plaza adjacent to the High Line at West 18th Street.
