St. Augustine Terrace

St. Augustine Terrace is a 112-unit LEED Gold residential building located on the site of the former St. Augustine Church in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Catholic Homes, the building is comprised of 35 units of supportive housing and 77 units of affordable family housing. PHA prepared the parking plans, grading/drainage plans, builders pavement plans and site connection proposal.
