Spofford Campus / The Peninsula

PHA prepared the EIS for the redevelopment of the former site of the Spofford Juvenile Detention Center in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the Bronx. The site is located on the north side of Spofford Avenue between Tiffany Street and Manida Street. The project will include 777 residential units, about 75,700 square feet of commercial uses, 40,000 square feet of community facility uses, 29,800 square feet of light industrial uses, 260 parking spaces, and a 1.58-acre open space. PHA is also providing civil engineering services for the project.
