Public Safety Answering Center II (PSAC II) is a 911 call and dispatch center in the Bronx. The approximately 493,500 square foot facility also supports command control centers for the NYPD and FDNY. PHA preparedthe project's Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) application, and the map change drawings for the new public street providing access to the site.
PHA also provided civil engineering services for the project as a subconsultant to Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. PHA’s responsibilities included design and coordination of all utility connections to the local street system. The firm was also responsible for designing the geometric, grading, erosion and sediment control, pavement, striping and utility plans, as well as sustainable design options.
