Memorial Sloan-Kettering David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care

The David H. Koch Cancer Center, which opened in 2020, is a 750,000 square foot, 23-story outpatient cancer center located on East 74th Street at the FDR Drive. PHA provided site access planning, loading planning, parking and loading design, and was resposible for preparation of the builders pavement plan and site connection proposal, as well as associated agency reviews and approvals.
