Jackson Park

Jackson Park is a predominantly residential development on a two-block parcel bounded by Jackson Avenue, Orchard Street, Sunnyside Yards, and Queens Boulevard in Long Island City. The development includes approximately 1,871 residential units in three buildings, along with local retail, two plazas, and about 120 parking spaces. PHA provided traffic and civil engineering services, including overall site planning, parking planning, loading dock planning, grading and drainage design, preparation of builders pavement plans, and preparation of site connection proposals. The site also presented unique access challenges due to the presence of below-grade subway and above-ground MTA and NYCDOT infrastructure.
