Hudson Yards

PHA provided civil and traffic engineering services for the Hudson Yards development. The development includes four towers, a retail podium and a public plaza. The project was constructed partially on a platform over the Eastern Rail Yard portion of MTA's West Side Yard. PHA was responsible for parking and loading planning, preparation of grading plans, builders pavement plans, bollard plans, plaza design, and site connection proposals. PHA also provided transportation and infrastructure planning services related to the overall site master plan, which included both the Eastern Rail Yard and the to-be-developed Western Rail Yard.
