Cornell Tech Campus

The Cornell Tech campus is located on Roosevelt Island, just south of the Queensboro Bridge, and will consist of approximately two million square feet when fully built. PHA prepared the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) application and map change drawings to establish the new loop road on the city map and connect the campus to the existing public street system. PHA prepared final design drawings for the new loop road including new sanitary and storm sewers, water mains and electric and gas utilities. PHA was also responsible for on-site grading and drainage design and stormwater management, as well as construction inspection services for the utilities and roadways.
