City Point

City Point is a large-scale mixed-use development in Downtown Brooklyn which includes three towers and a retail podium. City Point Tower 1 (aka 7 Dekalb) is a 19-story building with 200 units of affordable housing and 50,000 square feet of retail. City Point Tower 2 (aka City Tower / 1 Dekalb Avenue) is a 30-story with 440 residential units and a shopping plaza and the Dekalb Market Hall food court. The podium between Towers 1 and 2 contains approximately 660,000 square feet of retail space. City Point Tower (aka Brooklyn Point) is a 700-foot mixed-use tower with approximatley 450 condos.

PHA provided civil engineering services for each phase of the development. The firm also prepared the EAS for a zoning override, and also prepared ULURP drawings to modify the mapped width of Willoughby Street between Flatbush Avenue Extension and Gold Street.
