Bartlett Dairy

Jughandle Realty is developing a 56,000 square foot food manufacturing and distribution center and corporate headquarters on a six-acre site near JFK airport. Bartlett Dairy distributes dairy products to groceries, schools and hotels throughout the city. PHA prepared the ULURP map change drawings for the demapping of a portion of the Nassau Expressway to facilitate the proposed development. The firm provided site circulation planning services to address the layout of the main access roadway, the intersection at Rockaway Boulevard, and to ensure that the site and its 19 loading docks would be accessible for WB-67 trucks. The firm also prepared the on-site grading plan, drainage, internal water main, site connection proposal, stormwater pollution protection plan (SWPPP), parking lot layouts for approximately 90 employee parking spaces, 59 straight trucks, and 37 trailers.
