220 Central Park South

220 Central Park South is a 70-story residential building that was completed in 2019. PHA provided parking planning for the building's 64-space parking garage, and prepared the Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) for the project's garage special permit. The firm also provided civil design services including driveway layout, preparation of builders pavement plans, and preparation of the site connection, among other related tasks.
