11 Hoyt Street is a 57-story, 480-unit residential building in Downtown Brooklyn. PHA provided civil engineering services for the project, and was responsible for parking and loading planning and design, preparation of the builders pavement plans, NYC Parks Department street tree plans, the site connection proposal, and associated agency coordination and approvals.
