PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Ridge Hill Village Center is a mixed-use project comprising approximately 1.3 million sf of retail, approximately 150,000 sf of office and research facilities, approximately 800 dwelling units, and a 350-room hotel with a 40,000 sf conference center. This project involves redevelopment of an 81.4 acre site in Yonkers, adjacent to the NYS Thruway and the Sprain Brook Parkway. The project also includes a new bridge over the Thruway at Exit 6A, Tuckahoe Road, and the Sprain Brook Parkway southbound off-ramp at Tuckahoe Road, both of which were designed by PHA.

As a subconsultant to STV, PHA is providing office engineering and construction inspection services for $50 million of construction activities, including demolition of the existing Bates Bridge and construction of the new Ridge Hill Bridge at the Exit 6A interchange.
